Dr. Liliana Campos-Arriaga is currently Head of Projects at GIZ Mexico, where she works at the intersection of sustainable finance and building decarbonization, with a focus on mobilising investment for energy efficiency and net-zero buildings. She has contributed to the development of Mexico’s Sustainable Taxonomy and supports governments, development banks, and private actors in integrating ESG criteria into decision making. Her work bridges international cooperation and national policy to accelerate the transition of the built environment.
