Ndiagne works on the development and implementation of Senegal’s green taxonomy. He is also involved in another initiative aimed at promoting access to financing for SMEs in Senegal. His first role within GIZ was in portfolio management, where he began working on sustainability-related issues. Ndiagne has a background in IT. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration. Before joining GIZ, he worked as a business analyst at a digital services company.
