- Sustainability-related disclosure and reporting regulations
- Sustainability-related aspects of prudential regulation, supervision, and monetary policy
- Standards and guidelines for green and sustainable financial products.
Transforming financial industry players
GIZ’s collaboration with the public sector is complemented by, and often directly involves, working with the private financial sector.
GIZ supports private institutions to:
- Align their strategies and operations with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Agreement
- Measure, manage and disclose sustainability-related risks and impacts, and
- Develop sustainable financial products.
