Ly Thu Nga is the Team Lead of the Green Financial Sector Reform Component of the Macroeconomic Reform/Green Growth Programme at GIZ Viet Nam. Nga has nearly 20 years of experience in development cooperation and financial system development. She has been in charge of various technical assistance areas within financial sector reform at GIZ Viet Nam, including internal audit and internal control, risk management, risk-based supervision and, for the past eight years, has focused on green finance and digital transformation in the financial sector. Prior to joining GIZ, Nga worked for a local consulting company and the College of Education and Human Development, providing project development consultancy and supporting capacity development programmes.
